Any merchandise purchased at wholesale pricing may be exchanged for a credit to be applied toward other merchandise selected.

We want you to have great success selling our beautiful pieces of jewelry - be assured that you may exchange your merchandise at any time. We know that certain styles may be more popular in some locations and that personal tastes differ.  If, for any reason, some of your merchandise doesn't sell as quickly as you'd like, we are happy to exchange it, whether it's one piece or multiple pieces, for replacement merchandise.

Conditions:

1.  Merchandise may be exchanged at any time.  There are no expiration dates or time restrictions to our policy.

2.  Merchandise must be in new condition.

3.  Customer is responsible for shipping expense when returning merchandise to Haley Hill for exchange.

4.  There is a $15.00 charge per return shipment (any # of pieces) which covers processing, handling, and shipping of replacement merchandise to customer.

5.  Merchandise being returned for exchange must be received by Haley Hill before replacement merchandise is shipped.

Procedure:
    1.  Contact our office at 314-315-2762 for a Return Authorization # before returning merchandise for exchange.
    2.  Send merchandise with a check for $15.00 to:

    3.  Please allow up to 15 business days to receive your replacement merchandise.
